Case Fan Roundup

I have been researching case fans for my upcoming build and so many reviews claim the CFM, DB ratings, or ,in some cases, the actual fan sizes to be incorrect. Is there anyway you folks at Tom's hardware could round up some case fans, preferably in the 120mm range, and review their actual CFM, DB reading, and CPU heatsink performance & price/performance? I think it would be a great help, not only to me, but to many people unsure about which fans to purchase. Thanks.

i would like to second this suggestion as a fair few of my m8 actually have there pc's in the bed rooms and complain about fan noise. so a round up of high cfm low noise fans would be great, but not just your scythes and yateloons but the less well known brands like the be-quiet silent wings... i know its often a traid off between cfm and noise but going by soem fans i have seen and heard it doesnt have to be.
basically i want to know which fans perform while still are whisper quiet...
maybe add in a section of fan controllers, both rpm and pwm versions.
