While looking at bmk results for HDD's yesterday, I was left a little wiser and more confused than when I started. I/O this and rate that (was that uphill or downhill or somthing else), some explanation of the real meaning of a particular test would be usefull, as they say "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing". It would Help by having a path to a bmk overview for device type eg, hdd, graphic card, cpu, etc. explaining the significance of each particular test, especially for those who don't have chapter and verse knowledge on the subject, this would really help!
Come on Tom talk to your audience!
