Those of you who've joined in on the sig bonuses thingy...

We need to put together a set of guidelines or something, things like upper limits on the amount of points given at a time, and stuff like that.

Naturally, said guidelines can be bent/broken if the situation warrants.

Yes we should setup guidelines.
Here are my suggestions:

* No more than 4 lines of bonuses
* Can't assign yourself bonuses
* Must be viewable in a public forum(both awarded and content)
* No giving awards to the monkey... :twisted: Just kidding
