More Information

Hello People,
First off I have very little knowledge of overclocking. I have just built my first system, the spec is shown below:
AMD X2 AM2 4200 Processor
1024 DDR2 533Mhz Ram
Nvidia Geforce 7600GT
550W Colours Power Supply
160GB SATA II Hard Drive
DVD 16X Re-Writer
17” TFT Monitor
ASUS M2N-E Motherboard Nvidia 570 chipset

I would like to start by overclocking my processor which is currently stocked at 2209MHZ a small amount up to something like 2310MHZ.
My CPU and Motherboard temperatures are usually between 28-33 Degrees at Idle. Because I only want a small increase, is it possible to just overclock by changing my FSB in the bios from 200Mhz to 210Mhz or something along those lines. Id have to check what my CPU Multiplier is at but I think it it’s at 11x. Can I overclock this way without having to change any Voltages or any other settings in the bios? Also can I cause any damage doing it this way?
Thanks In advance.

The DDR2 ram i have is at 533MHZ and is only Value Ram not a decent make such as Corsair. Will i be alright upping the FSB to 210mhz without touching any of the ram settings? Because it's only a small amount i know it will up the ram performance a bit by doing this but surely it should be able to handle such a small increase right?! Also by upping the CPU From 2209Mhz to something like 2350Mhz wat sort of increase can i expect in my 3D Mark 06 score because at Stock i get a score of 3332.
