Well, I was wondering if i turn off Cool'n'Quiet on my stock AMD Sempron +3400 will it increase my max clock speed of 2009 Mhz? thanks, and sorry if this is a stupid question if been googling this stuff all night and havent found a damn thing, that remotely came close to what I am asking...

correction, it will stay at rated or your custom speed set at all times, and thus will not underclock.
This is one thing to first do when overclcocking, since stability problems usually occur when CnQ underclocking occurs...
