I am currently trying to troubshoot a PC using a Soyo K7ADA motherboard, yes its an old socket A motherboard. What I am trying to figure out is if the motherboard or another component is causing an issue with the PC where it randomnly freezes. No BSOD or anything else it just flat out freezes, this includes before it POSTs sometimes. . . If anyone has any suggestions on helping to better diagnose this problem or some insight on problems with that particular board please respond!

I have tried swapping out the PS with a known good one and still the same problems. As I said, it sometimes will not even POST!
