Would just like to relay my recent service experience with Dell. My Inspiron XPS gen 2 went and packed up problem with the graphics, contacted Dell technical very helpfull said despite the system being outside the warenty would send Dell engineer to exchange graphics card. This duly happened still problem Dell engineer preceeded to replace all replaceable components, still had problem so Dell replaced the system with a XPS M1710 Core 2 Duo Processor T7600 F.O.C and all out of warrenty :D Who said after sales service was dead Well done Dell
