hi everybody.can u tell me whats the difference between dual core processor and i3 processor

or difference between core 2 duo and i3 processor

They are a diffrent socket for 1. Core2 is LGA 775 and and i3 is LGA 1156

The i3 is a newer architecture (Clarkdale) than the core2

Has SSE4 and 4.1 and also an L3 cache.
