Hello,
I recently inserted my stick pen into another computer..it didn't read it, up until then it was working perfect..tonight I tried it inmy own computer which up to now, worked perfect..However, tonight, when I inserted it into a USB portal, it doesn't work..Please help, as I have files I need for funding purposes..Thanks for listening

sounds like you need a data recovery serivce...

costs arround £100 on a pen drive.

------------------------------ Do not buy Acer laptops period.

They are cheaply made products with cheap call centres with cheap service..

Have you tried another USB port? It's worth testing with another device to make sure the PC is working.
