Does anyone know which video cards are 8x 1.5v compatible,
right now im looking to Powercolor Radeon 9600PRO 8x 256mb?

Actually, 8x cards are .8 volts

Any AGP card designed to run 4x or higher should work in a 1.5v slot.

1x and 2x cards are 3.3 volts.
