I recently built a system using this board and during the intial boot
up (with just CPU, Vid card, and RAM installed) the board set on fire.
The first time I powered it up, a small spark appeared on the board
just above and to the right of the USB connectors. I killed the power
and waited a few minutes before trying again. I hit the power again
and this time a small 1 cm high flame appeard in the same spot. Again
I killed the power and it went away. I tried powering up a third
time...and everything was fine...no sparks, no flames.

I've now been running this system for about 2 weeks with absolutely no
problems. The only thing that appears to have been affected is the
front USB connectors on the board, they don't work at all.

I was a little hessitant about continuing to use the board, for fear
of burning my house down...but after two weeks of heavy use and no
problems, I'm confident that it's a stable system.

I'm not going to deal with SOYO to try and get this replaced under
warranty, as it's not worth the hassle just for front mounted USB (the
rear still work fine).

I just wanted to post this out there to see if anyone else had any
similar problems?
