Hello,
i just tried playing bbc i player on my laptop with a dongle and this error message came up and the programn wouldnt play, can some one explain to me what ive done wrong? thanks

You probably dropped down to a GSM (mobile equivalent of dial-up) connection. 3G service is not that stable and when the dongle can't get a 3G signal it drops back to GSM, that's too slow to support streaming which is why you get the error.
