I'm thinking about purchasing the mainboard EP-8KHAL+.
It's currently offered at ebay for a very low price.
Can anybody tell me, what the Vcore voltage range of this board is and
if I can set up the VCore voltage via Bios or Jumpers. I especially
need 1.45 VCore voltage. Furthermore, ist it possible to set up the
FSB to 200 and the multiplier up to 14x?
Actually, I want to run the following mobile processor, I already
bought, in the mobo:

Mobile Athlon 4 - Desktop Replacement 35W

CPU OPN (Part number AMD) AMD Athlon AHM1600AQQ3B
Core Frequency 1400 MHZ
Bus Frequency 200 MHZ
Core Voltage 1.45 Volt
Prozessor Technology 0,18 micron
Core Palomino

Is it possible? I've heard that some EPOX-Mainboards even recognize
mobile CPUs. Does anybody know?

Thanks in advance
Eduard Fiedler

p.s.
Which (cheap) altenative board (it doesn't have to be EPOX) would
work?
