I have a k7sem. Put it in and it runs okay for a little while . Then
it frezzyies up on me. Any body has any ideas whats going on

With that board, 2 things. Either oit is running too hot and needs better
airflow, or worse, you capacitors are shot. Look at the motherboard, and
look at the cans in the motherboard. If they are bulging, you need to
have those capacitors replaced.
