I have an ECS 865g-m that is having a problem with an FX-5200/256 agp and a
high definition TV card MDP-120 pci. The two cards are trying to use the
same memory or i/o addresses (I can't remember which).

I've disabled the on board video, audio, lan, and serial/parallel ports in
an attempt to get these two to work together. I've un/re-installed in every
combination I can think of and I've moved the pci card to each of the pci
slots. All to no avail. I'm about out of ideas. I'm sure there is more that
I've tried, but I can't think of them now. I've been working on this for
about a month now. I know I'm not the only person to use this combination of
cards, but I may be the only one to use it with this motherboard.

Any experts have any ideas?
