When I restarted my computer one day it took a really long time to get
the POST, but the next time I restarted it I got nothing but a light
show (on my CD-Rom drives). I have tried to clear the CMOS with the
jumper, nothing happens, nothing even turns when I put the jumper in
the clear CMOS position. When I have it in normal CMOS setting it
makes everything turn, CPU fan, CD drives, Hard drive EVERYTHING. I
didnt install any new hardware to make this happen, I have several
different computers sitting around in my basement, I've tried using
various parts from them, no luck, the only thing I havent tried is a
different CPU because the other ones use a different input then an AMD
Athalon. Lastly, not only do I not get any POST, I dont get any help
cries from my BIOS beep.

perplexed and hoping for help.

It only takes a couple watts to give you a light show. If the things start
to turn and don't start up, I suspect your power supply. K7S5A is very
demanding of a PSU. Usually a good choice is Antec or Enermax of at least
400W. Your TCO of the +3.3v and +5v rails should be at least 220w.

I know for a fact that its not my power supply because I brought it to
a shop and they tested everything for me and they say that the CPU or
mobo is the culprate.

Assuming they're competent, the fact that they "tested everything" makes
me wonder why you're still looking for advice.
