I placed an order with Scan this afternoon. I paid for next day delivery. Stage 1. Invoice Printed and 2. Payment Authorised are complete. Stage 3. Picked 4. dispatched have red crosses next to them. It's now passed 20.00. Is this normal for next day deliveries. Tried calling Scan but they are closed. Sorry this is the first time I've ordered with them.

I wouldnt worry Scan are a very reputable company. From past experience they use Citylink for deliveries - check your dispatch notification for a tracking number, this will show you when it arrives at the couriers depot and when it is loaded onto a vehicle.

+1, used them loads, they did declare one of my items 'out of stock' when they actually meant 'too busy to ship', but in 10 years i've never had any trouble with them. Returns are ok if you follow the rules regarding timing etc.

Thanks for all your replies. I didn't get any notification till the morning, not sure why but everything came. Not sure if I'll use them again. Everything was packaged well but they use citylink. I could hear the man throwing boxes around in his van. Not the first time had problems with them. I prefer parcel force or dpd.

personally i also don'tlik shittylink, their nearest depot is 40miles away, but no damaged items delivered so far. Ebuyer also good, and has options for delivery.

+1 for ebuyer - especially the choice of delivery method. If I had to faul Scan then its the "Citylink" side of it....
