I watched it in the 80's. it was fairly cool for the era. there was something uniquely weird about it I just cant remember what it was. it always stuck in the back of my head and I always wanted to check it out again sometime. every time I see something "V" on T.V. I think about it. just can't put my finger on it.

the show was dated and a bit on the low budget B-Movie 80's T.V. side. however there was definitely something about it that made it good. certainly not a masterpiece but defiantly some classic T.V. SCI-FI stuff. there was a 2hr movie pilot, I believe and the series was more like a long movie. I think they tried making it into a regular series for a couple of seasons there was a remake too I belove. V!! for Victory!!

the acting was decent and overall production was good but maybe a lil too T.V.ish so don't expect too much from it. It has Marc Singer in it, if you can stand him. he was pretty good in V though.

:hello:

I watched it and loved the miniseries back in the 80s. Of course I've always been and still am a fan of scifi. Eventhough the concept of Alien invasion is a cliche'd one, the whole "nazi" overtones, and Aliens harvesting us for food was great at the time. And hey...Marc Singer aka Beastmaster was in it...what else could you ask for.

And I am still bumbed that ABC cancelled the revival. I was getting into it. I still love the whole Alien Invasion motif...never gets old with me.
