Error message when trying to add a network printer as a user

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.print_fax (More info?)

The error message is "A policy is in effect on your computer which prevents you from connecting to this print queue. Please contact your system administrator". Note-The printer works fine on other XP PCs. The OS is XP professional SP1. Admins and power users have no problems adding the same printer.
