thanks for your np nx6125 review. I want to buy a turion based notebook, thus this is very helpful for me.

However I wonder: first (thin and light) notebook?
what about hp ze200z, m2000z and v2000z, all of them
are amd64, and there is also l2000 (lance armstrong
special edition). unfortunatly those are not available
in eu, so they don't matter to me anyway.

if you can get any of those, or an averatec 4155, if it
finaly ships some day, it would be very nice to see a comparison between those, as theare are not many
turion notebooks >= 13", except big fat desktop replacements.

Have you looked at Compaq V2000 with Turion?

Make sure you also look into averatecs, very nice performance to weight ratio, with excellent prices.

hp/compaq v200z is not available in europe, only in us.

I would like to buy one a lot - but can't do. and a grey
import wouldn't have any waranty in .eu, so that isn't a good option either.

averatec 4155 is not available. it is on tons of websites
since may, but the shipping date slips and slips, the price rises at the same time, and I wonder if it will be
available ever.

also I'm a linux user, the averatec 4155 uses sis 761 for
the graphics (shared mem only), and the author of the linux driver warns about that, it can cause stripes in the
video output (btw. not a linux only issue, same problem
with windows he writes).
