My mouse is super stuttery and jump and sensitive. and No idea why this is happening. I had CCC 11.11 and everything worked perfectly normal. Updated to 12.1 and this problem started. Downgraded to 11.11 to get rid of the problem but it only helped for a couple hours till I restarted the game.
Tried toggling raw mouse input. Also tried RenderDevice.forcerenderaheadlimit 1. Nothing is working and I don't really want to reinstall my video drivers every time I want to play this game.

maybe it helps when you install the mouse driver from the manufacturer website. if you have a logitech mouse then try ot install SetPoint software to get more settings for your mouse.
