Headphone static while in-game

Forum Games General : PC Gaming Headphone static while in-game

I've been getting static through my headphones whenever I run a game on my PC. I mainly notice it when I'm playing StarCraft 2 or Skyrim, but I don't really hear it when playing League of Legends. I can listen to music and other things without any problems at all. It's especially bad when plugged into the front panel. I've read in other threads that it could be a bad ground in the case, although I find it weird that I only hear it in-game. Any ideas to fix this?
