Hey everyone.

 

I decided to get a Mechanical Keyboard. My budget is $105.

 

Here are my preferences:
Cherry MX Black, Brown, or Red, or nonclicky ALPS.
6-key rollover with USB and 104-key with PS/2 (so yes, I want one that has PS/2 and USB)
Nice Wrist Pad
LED is a plus but not required to me anymore (I will just have to get used to typing in the dark http://img.tomshardware.com/forum/uk/icones/tongue.gif)

I am debating the black widow stealth VS quickfire rapid. Which one is better quality? Also, plz help in general. Thanks!

I was debating the blackwidow too however after looking at some reviews alot of people are complaining about the QC of the keyboards they are getting - keyboards failing after 30-60 days, keys getting sticky, hard to clean and the backlighting failing.

 

I can't remember the exact terminology for it however the blackwidow also suffers from 'ghosting' or 'anti rollover' where as there are alot of keyboards at the same price range who have eliminated this. There's a link below which describes what ghosting is.

it was the keyboard i was going to get but instead i got the razer blackwidow ultamite because i play in the dark and it is backlit
