[Solved] Hard Copy of BF3 question.

Forum Games General : PC Gaming [Solved] Hard Copy of BF3 question.

I'd like to buy the hard-copy of BF3 because Newegg is selling the limited edition (which includes the DLC) for the same price as the version without the DLC. But my DVD drive doesn't work so i would have to download it, using Origin. Will there be any problems with this? I've heard as long as you have the CD Key you can associate that key with your Origin account and download whenever you want. Thanks in advance!

It may not answer your question but a new DVD drive is like what? 18 bucks? Just sayin' ...

Yeah but cash is pretty tight. That might be a valid option though.

There is a feature in Origin to redeem a product code, so my first guess would be that it would work fine. Never tried it though, my CD drive works so I used that.

Yeah i figured it would work, because that's what i did to bad company 2 (redeemed my steam code for the game lol) But i just wanted some reassurance it would work, ya know?
