I have a pretty old xbox 360 that DOES NOT have an HDMI port on it. It only has usb, ethernet, the power plug, and the regular cable that connects it to a TV.

I want to hook it up to my computer monitor, which is a 27" Samsung that has HDMI and DVI on it.
What kind of adapter do I need to plug all the TV cables from my xbox into a DVI or HDMI?

Xbox 360 should have an hdmi port directly below the regular cable port but youll need to unplug those cables before you can see it completely

No, I've checked thoroughly, like I said, the original xbox 360's did not have an HDMI port.

Also does the monitor have audio ports on it or were you going to rely on the hdmi to supply the audio? Because if so there's a fairly cheap cable here that you'd just need to plug in since its component to vga with audio.

Yes I've solved the problem, I bought the Microsoft XBOX 360 VGA HD AV Cable, and an RCA adapter, and then found out after opening it, that the Microsoft xbox cable comes with an RCA adapter, it just doesn't show it anywhere on the box....

I also needed a VGA > DVI adapter, It works perfectly! Thank you everyone!
