question about hp zd8000

Hi, folk,

Think about to buy a hp notebook zd8000.

It only have Intel Petium 4. has no Intel centrino technique.
What would I miss if I go without centrino?

I like the TV Tuner idea. Is it really can turn PC into a TV? Do
I have to pay fee for TV service? Does it have to be cable service?
Does it have antenna or it has place to connect an antenna to receive
basic free channels off the air? Do I have to have Windows XP Media
Center 2005 to configure TV?

It has "54g(TM) Integ. Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN & Bluetooth"as
internet connection. I am not sure it can serve as a 56k modem for
dial up service. Or if I want dial up, I have to order a modem on top
of "54g(TM) Integ. Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN & Bluetooth". What is
"54g(TM) Integ. Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN & Bluetooth" and what it can
do?
