Does anyone have picture or instruction to disassembly Asus L2000D laptop ? I want to change my DVD drive.

It isn't hotswappable? That laptop looks new enough to have employed hotswappable bays, I could be wrong though.
Laptops with hotswappable bays usually have some sort of release button/switch that ejects the drive.
