I recently attempted a purchase of an HP laserjet 1320 nw printer from the hp
uk website.
On the website, the printer was advertised at £329 including VAT (sales tax)

I was charged £428 pounds sterling before tax.

The customer support (name of 'Kevin') did not seem to appreciate HP's
problem here!
This is a 25% difference in price!

I will be contacting the advertising standards agency, my credit card and
their CEO
