Need help with spore

i got spore a few weeks ago but when i first got it it wouldnt work at all but then i upgraded the rateing and it worked better but every time i get on it will randomly make a scraching niose then it will ither shut down or darken most of the colors to a dark black. can someone help?

Errr, something's wrong with you computer? Maybe if you detail your problem more clearly (including the specs of your computer), we might be able to provide better help.

Without any additional information, I can only suggest you install the latest patch for Spore, and make sure your hardware drivers are all updated.
