Blizzard announced this morning at the 2008 BlizzCon oepning ceremony that StarCraft II development was progressing well, but that the game isn't ready for beta just yet. So when will it be released?

well i guess this confirms the common belief that SC2 is nowhere near complete (kind of obvious but its always nice to get a confirmation from the source).
