According to graphic card manufacturer Tul, some graphics cards using its brand name "PowerColor" were found available in a retail store. With the fact that Tul has discontinued the PowerColor RADEON 9600 PRO 128MB in 400/600MHz four months ago, Tul "suspects the occurrences of false usages and sales of PowerColor products by unknown parties," the company said.
To prevent possible forgery in the future, Tul said it sent warnings to its partners. the company wants to position a "laser sticker" on its upcoming packages so that customers can recognize genuine PowerColor products.
