Feds say drugs are tech's fault
A ZDNet writer says a report created by US federal law enforcement agencies titled "December 2000 International Crime Threat Assessment" is filled with examples of computer technology aiding and abetting the international drug trade. According to the somewhat sardonic writer, "Modern telecommunications and information systems, state-of-the-art communications equipment, computers - they're all to blame."
