Feds: Microsoft's proposal isn't serious
The U.S. Department of Justice issued its rebuttal to Microsoft's antitrust remedy proposal, calling the plan neither "serious" nor "sensible."
The government took issue with every component of Microsoft's suggestions, which it described as a "transparent effort to delay the determination and implementation of a remedy for its illegal acts as long as possible," the government said.
