FDU first to require online classes
Next school year, New Jersey's Fairleigh Dickinson University will require that students take at least one class online per year. According to analysts who monitor "distance learning," FDU is the first university to instigate such a policy but many other universities are also preparing to make Web-based courses part of all students' schedules.
