EU probes HP over ink prices
Why are inkjet cartridges so expensive? And why does HP go to law at the drop of a hat to beat up on clone cartridge makers. Printer consumables are very, very profitable for HP, accounting, maybe for a quarter of the company's (pre-Compaq) profits.
Now the EU is getting interested in the prices that HP charges.
