ETT DDR2 emerges but market remains lusterless
According to sources at memory module houses, efficiently tested (eTT) DDR2 has started appearing on the spot market, and although memory module houses can improve their margins by sourcing the eTT DDR2 parts, most remain conservative amid risk concerns.
