Epson starts volume production of D5 HTPS panels for data projectors
Seiko Epson on May 10 announced that it has begun volume production of high-temperature polysilicon (HTPS) liquid crystal panels for its 3LCD data front projectors. Featuring D5 technology, the 0.8" panels produces XGA (1024x768) resolution.
