Epson develops super-slim color TFT panel driver IC for mobile phones
Seiko Epson on 20 June announced the development of its S1D19501 series of driver ICs for 176x220 TFT LCDs, the mainstream display for mobile phones. Shipments of engineering samples has already begun.
