Epic Now In Control Of Unreal Tournament 2003 PC - No Word On Demo Release Date
In what might be considered as good or bad depending on which side of the fence you are on, Epic has announced that it has taken full control of the development of Unreal Tournament 2003. This is in order to let Digital Extremes focus on Unreal Championship for Xbox. Epic and Digital Extremes were previously developing both games together.
The plan is to have one dedicated team finish each game so that the two games will be more differentiated as a result. Epic still has no additional word on a proposed release date for the demo of the upcoming PC game. Insiders estimate that the demo is still more than two weeks away from release to the general public.
