Entertainment coms sue Scour
Scour, the Beverly Hills file sharing company, is being sued by 30 major media companies. "Scour is Napster with movies," says Jack Valenti, chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America which represents seven movie studios in the case. According to the lawsuit, Gladiator, Mission: Impossible 2, and The X-Men can currently be downloaded from the site, despite the fact that they are not yet available on video or DVD.
