Elsa packs NTSC TV in a PCMCIA card
Elsa introduced presents a CardBus card (PCMCIA format) called EX-Vision, which is a NTSC TV tuner with the capability to capture video in MPEG2/VMV, DivX or straight into the PSP-compatible format. No information on price and availability was available.
