Elpida to transfer 80nm and 75nm process technologies to PSC
Taiwan’s leading memory maker, Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC), will receive technology licenses from Japan-based Elpida Memory for production on 80nm and 75nm nodes, according to a PSC filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on July 25.
