Elpida starts selling 1Gbit DDR2 memory
A Japanese memory company has caught up with US Dramurai Micron faster than anyone suspected and has released memory modules based on 1Gbit DDR2 technology. "This is technology waiting for a chipset and a DRAM revolution, but the early bird catches the worm, so they say."
