Elpida ships 2GB DDR2 modules
Memory firm Elpida said it has started sampling what it claims is the first 2GB memory module using the up and coming DDR2 standard. "The modules run at 1.8 volts, and Elpida said it has already started sampling 512MB and 1GB densities."
