Elpida Memory Ships 1 Gigabyte and 512 MegaByte DDR2

Today, Elpida Memory is announcing the shipment of its 512 MegaByte and 1 Gigabyte DDR2 registered DIMMs to Intel. "Intel has successfully booted the new DIMMs in a server platform based on its next-generation Lindenhurst chipset."
