Elpida Announces 2GB DDR2 DIMMs
Today, Elpida Memory is announcing the volume production of its 2 Gigabyte DDR2 registered DIMMs. "The DIMMs provide high-density and high-speed performance to server applications. Elpida’s modules also incorporate its newly developed stacked BGA (sBGA) technology which helps create slim, reliable modules with improved thermal performance."
