ECS issues 120 million new shares through private placement
Motherboard maker Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) has raised NT$2.88 billion in capital through a private placement of 120 million new shares, the company said in a filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on Friday.
