EA ships SimTheme Park
Electronic Arts and Bullfrog Productions have released SimTheme Park, a new simulation game.
The game lets players construct their own amusement park, complete with rides, concessions, and other attractions based on four different themes: Space Zone, The Lost Kingdom, Land of Wonders and Halloween.
Gamers design, configure and then test out the rides they've constructed. Players are also responsible for keeping visitors happy by researching better rides, adding decorations - even hiring and firing staff.
SimTheme Park supports Direct3D hardware acceleration as well as non-accelerated PCs, and includes Creative Labs' environmental audio technology for realistic acoustic characteristics.
The game is now available for $39.99 at retail stores, and by direct order from www.eastore.ea.com or by calling 800/245-4525.
