EA announces Medal of Honor Airborne first person shooter
Electronic Arts today announced Medal of Honor Airborne, another installment of the Medal of Honor, which originally debuted back in 1999.
Airborne is set once again in a WWII environment, in which in the player takes the role of a Private First Class of the 82nd Airborne Division and engages in battles throughout Europe. "From rocky beginnings in Sicily to war-winning triumphs in Germany, each mission begins behind enemy lines, with an intense and fully interactive airdrop," EA said.
The first person shooter will ship at the end of 2006 and will be available for the PS3, Xbox 360, and Windows PC systems.
