Duke Nukem Forever Not Dead? (Yes, This Again)
Duke's voice actor tells you to read between the lines.
Is Duke Nukem dead? We've been asking ourselves that for more than a decade, and it seems that we're all still asking the same questions.
While we know that DNF's future is shakier than ever, those who are hopeful manage to find glimmers of a brighter day at the tiniest hints. Jon St. John, better known as the voice of Duke Nukem, said some interesting words during a panel discussion at the Music and Games Festival (MAGFest) that took place January 1 – 4 in Alexandria, Virginia, according to Pixel Enemy.
Answering a question from the crowd regarding DNF, St. John said:
I’m not allowed to speak on that subject, sir.
He’s asking about Duke Nukem Forever, let me go ahead and tell you right now that I’m not allowed to talk about Duke Nukem Forever.
No, no, don’t be disappointed, read between the lines… why am I not allowed to talk about it?
Given that Duke Nukem Forever is tied up in the middle of a legal battle between 3DRealms and 2K Games, fans are hanging on to all the hope they can get.

I think you mean the decendants of the original fans.
I think the implication of Jon St John's answer is that DNF is still under NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) for him, which usually implies it is still planned to have development done on it. I dont hold my breath, 2k will probably can it, but we can hope!
this is gay.
Please can everyone shut up about this god damn game.
